Questions, corrections and feedback
Email climatedatanerd@gmail.com. Include the page address, what you expected and the result you saw. For factor corrections, include a public source, its date, the units and the value you believe should be used.
Reporting a calculator problem
You can describe a small example using invented numbers. Please do not email energy-account numbers, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information. A screenshot can help, but remove personal details first.
Privacy requests
The historical global-grid tool offers optional saved inputs on your device; use “Clear saved inputs” in the calculator to remove them. For a request about information previously sent through an older form, email the publisher and describe the request without sending unnecessary personal data.
Scope of support
The site provides educational estimates. It does not issue certified emissions inventories, carbon-neutrality certificates or verified offsets. No response time or individual consulting service is guaranteed.
